Before he opened The Bernstein Law Firm PLLC Mr. Bernstein was a partner at a well-known personal injury firm in the Washington, DC metropolitan area where he served as the managing partner of the disability division. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR) and is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
